Much of my work focuses on how we can build distributed quantum systems in which quantum networks and independent quantum devices collaborate to solve problems that exceed the capacity of any single device. This involves exploring heuristic approaches from a systems perspective, as well as investigating fault-tolerant and safe implementations of these systems.
